The short version. Popaboom is a game. You can play ten balloons a day for free. One optional purchase removes that limit and unlocks every finish, forever — it is a single payment, not a subscription, and it does not renew.
By installing or using Popaboom you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Popaboom is an entertainment app. You type a word or pick a shape, hold to inflate the balloon, and it pops at a point you cannot predict. It provides no advice, no prediction and no service beyond the game itself.
You may pop ten balloons per day at no cost. The remaining count is shown on the home screen at all times — we do not hide it and we do not use countdown pressure. Making, saving and sharing what you already popped remains free regardless of the limit.
Refunds are handled by the store you purchased from, under that store's policy (Google Play or the Apple App Store). Korean users additionally retain the rights granted by the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce (전자상거래법).
Do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the app, and do not use it to break the law. The words you type are yours; keep them lawful, since a shared image may be seen by others.
Balloons and share cards you make are yours. We claim no ownership of them. Because they are created on your device and are not uploaded to us, we also cannot recover them if you lose them.
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the app. If we discontinue it entirely, an unlock already purchased will continue to work on devices where it is already installed for as long as the platform supports the app.
The app is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SAVYX makes no warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SAVYX's total liability arising from your use of Popaboom is limited to the amount you actually paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence continue to apply.
