Welcome to Mira (“Mira”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), an AI-powered palm reading app operated by SAVYX. By downloading, accessing, or using Mira, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. The Service
Mira uses AI vision technology to analyze a photo of your palm and generate a personalized reading covering themes such as love, wealth, vitality, and mind. Mira also offers optional features including friend compatibility and a weekly fortune card.
Mira is provided strictly for entertainment and self-reflection purposes. Readings are AI-generated and are not professional advice of any kind — see Section 7.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, whichever is higher) to use Mira. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you must have your parent or legal guardian’s permission. Mira does not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
3. Your Photos and Content
When you use Mira, you submit a photo of your palm. Your photo is sent to our third-party AI provider (Anthropic) solely to generate your reading, and is deleted immediately after analysis — we do not store palm photos on our servers. We analyze only the lines of your palm; we never request or process facial images, and we ask you not to include fingerprints in frame. Our handling of your data is described in full in our Privacy Policy.
You retain all rights to the photos you submit. You grant us a limited, temporary license to process them only as needed to provide your reading.
4. Subscriptions, Free Trial, and Billing
Mira offers an optional premium subscription (“Mira Premium”) that unlocks in-depth readings, friend/partner compatibility, and tracking of how your dominant hand changes over time.
- Plans: Weekly, Monthly, and Annual options are offered. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you purchase.
- Free trial: Eligible plans include a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription at the price shown.
- Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
- Managing and cancelling: You manage and cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings — not within Mira. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current paid period remains active until it ends.
- Payments and refunds: All payments are processed by Apple or Google. Refunds are subject to the policies of the applicable app store; we do not separately process payments or refunds.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Mira, including by reverse-engineering the app, attempting to disrupt the service, submitting images that are not your own palm (or a palm you have permission to submit), or using the app for any unlawful purpose.
6. Intellectual Property
Mira, including its software, design, text, and branding, is owned by SAVYX and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or content except as needed to use the app normally.
7. Entertainment Only — No Professional Advice
Mira’s readings are for entertainment purposes only. They are not, and must not be relied upon as, medical, health, financial, legal, psychological, or any other professional advice. Do not make important decisions based on a Mira reading. If you have concerns about your health, finances, or legal situation, consult a qualified professional.
8. Disclaimers
Mira is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that readings are accurate, reliable, or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SAVYX and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) Mira. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD $50, whichever is greater.
10. Dispute Resolution; Arbitration; Class Action Waiver
To the extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or Mira will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, and not in a class, collective, or representative action. You and SAVYX each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action. Where such waivers are not permitted by your local law, this Section applies only to the extent allowed.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, by notice in the app. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Mira if you violate these Terms. You may stop using Mira at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 7–10) will survive.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.
