The short version. The sixteen questions and your one-line answer are free, every time. An optional purchase — yearly, or a single payment — unlocks the six chapters written for that life. The yearly one renews until you cancel; the single payment never does.
By installing or using KIUK you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
KIUK is an entertainment app. You answer sixteen questions and it assembles one past life — a land, an age, a station and a kind of work — from writing prepared in advance. It provides no advice, no prediction and no service beyond the reading itself. It is not a claim about history, about reincarnation, or about you.
All sixteen questions and your one-line reading, with its picture, are free every time you take it. There is no daily limit on doing a reading, and nothing is cut short mid-sentence to sell you the rest — what is behind the paywall is named plainly before you decide.
Refunds are handled by the store you purchased from, under that store’s policy (Google Play or the Apple App Store). Korean users additionally retain the rights granted by the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce (전자상거래법).
If the app offers a reward for inviting someone, the reward is granted when the person you invited actually uses the app. Creating installations for the purpose of collecting rewards is not permitted, and we may withhold rewards obtained that way.
Do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the app or the writing inside it, and do not use it to break the law.
The share cards you make are yours to keep and send. The writing and images that appear in a reading remain ours, and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. Because your result is assembled on your device and is not uploaded to us, we also cannot recover it if you lose it.
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the app. If we discontinue it entirely, a one-time unlock already purchased will continue to work on devices where it is already installed for as long as the platform supports the app, and any active subscription will not be renewed.
The app is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SAVYX makes no warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SAVYX’s total liability arising from your use of KIUK is limited to the amount you actually paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence continue to apply.
