Welcome to Filro ("Filro," "we," "us," or "our"), an energy-chart reading app operated by SAVYX. By downloading, accessing, or using Filro, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Filro calculates an energy chart from the birth date you enter — and, if you choose to provide them, a birth time and place — and returns an AI-generated interpretation of your type, strategy, authority, and centers. Filro has no camera and takes no photographs. Filro also offers optional features including a compatibility reading and a daily reflection.
Filro is provided strictly for entertainment and self-reflection. Readings are AI-generated and are not medical, psychological, financial, legal, or professional advice of any kind — see Section 7.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, whichever is higher; in the Republic of Korea, 14) to use Filro. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission. Filro does not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
When you use Filro, you enter a birth date, and optionally a birth time and place. There is no camera in this app and no images are collected. Your birth data is used to calculate the chart and is sent to our third-party AI provider (Anthropic) solely to generate the interpretation; it is not retained as an identified record on our servers. If you do not provide a birth time, the app says so inside the reading and produces a date-only, provisional chart rather than implying precision it does not have. You retain all rights to the content you submit. You grant us a limited, temporary license to process it only as needed to provide your reading.
Filro offers an optional premium subscription ("Filro Premium") that unlocks the full profile, defined-channel detail, and the complete compatibility reading.
You agree not to misuse Filro, including by reverse-engineering the app, attempting to disrupt the service, entering another person's birth data without their permission, or using the app for any unlawful purpose.
Filro, including its software, design, text, and branding, is owned by SAVYX and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or content except as needed to use the app normally.
Filro is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by any organization associated with Human Design, and it does not use their registered marks. Any descriptive reference to Human Design is made solely to identify the body of ideas the readings draw on.
Filro's readings are for entertainment and self-reflection only. They are not, and must not be relied upon as, medical, psychological, financial, legal, or any other professional advice. Human Design is not science, and this app does not present it as science. Your chart is a map, not a verdict — it will not tell you to quit, stay, leave, or settle, and every decision remains yours.
Filro is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that readings are accurate, reliable, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SAVYX and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) Filro. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD $50, whichever is greater.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or Filro will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, and not in a class, collective, or representative action. You and SAVYX each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action. Where such waivers are not permitted by your local law, this Section applies only to the extent allowed.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by notice in the app. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Filro if you violate these Terms. You may stop using Filro at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 7–10) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.
