Welcome to Alluvae ("Alluvae," "we," "us," or "our"), an AI-powered outfit-reading app operated by SAVYX. By downloading, accessing, or using Alluvae, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Alluvae uses AI vision technology to analyze a photo of clothing — a full look, a top-and-bottom combination, a single item, or a flat lay — and generate a playful reading of its palette, silhouette, styling, and overall aesthetic. Alluvae also offers optional features including a fit-chemistry comparison and a daily style note.
Alluvae is provided strictly for entertainment and self-expression. Readings are AI-generated and are not styling, fashion, financial, or professional advice of any kind — see Section 7.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, whichever is higher; in the Republic of Korea, 14) to use Alluvae. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission. Alluvae does not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
When you use Alluvae, you submit a photo of clothing. Your photo is sent to our third-party AI provider (Anthropic) solely to generate your reading, and is deleted immediately after analysis — we do not store photos on our servers. Alluvae reads clothes, not people: faces, skin, and bodies are not analyzed, and if a face appears incidentally (for example in a mirror selfie) it is excluded from the reading and discarded with the image. You may also photograph the outfit as a flat lay and not appear at all. Our handling of your data is described in full in our Privacy Policy.
You retain all rights to the content you submit. You grant us a limited, temporary license to process it only as needed to provide your reading.
Alluvae offers an optional premium subscription ("Alluvae Premium") that unlocks in-depth readings, era and lineage detail, and the full wardrobe spectrum.
You agree not to misuse Alluvae, including by reverse-engineering the app, attempting to disrupt the service, submitting photographs of other people without their permission, or using the app for any unlawful purpose.
Alluvae, including its software, design, text, and branding, is owned by SAVYX and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or content except as needed to use the app normally.
Brand names in readings describe an aesthetic, not a relationship. Where a reading mentions a fashion house or label, it is our own subjective impression of a mood. It is not official, not endorsed, and does not indicate any affiliation, sponsorship, or partnership with that brand. All third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
Alluvae's readings are for entertainment and self-expression only. They are not, and must not be relied upon as, styling, fashion, financial, legal, medical, or any other professional advice. Readings describe an aesthetic impression — they do not evaluate your body, your appearance, or your worth.
Alluvae is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that readings are accurate, reliable, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SAVYX and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) Alluvae. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD $50, whichever is greater.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or Alluvae will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, and not in a class, collective, or representative action. You and SAVYX each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action. Where such waivers are not permitted by your local law, this Section applies only to the extent allowed.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by notice in the app. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Alluvae if you violate these Terms. You may stop using Alluvae at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 7–10) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.
